Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (4E) in Vietnam

The 4E Project is strengthening the further development of renewable energy (RE) technologies and energy efficiency (EE), legal frameworks for RE and EE and enhancing human capacities of the sectors‘ active stakeholders. Training and capacity building activities will qualify and support exisiting training providers for intstaller and technician in providing trainings on solar rooftop PV. A specially developed training programme will raise the specific competences of the electricity grid operators in Vietnam with a focus on photovoltaic (PV) and will support the market development.
