General
Do you offer financial assistance?
No, RENAC does not offer individuals any financial assistance to take part in its courses. There are, however, discounts available under certain circumstances.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. There is a 10% discount available for our alumni as well as a 5% discount for multiple purchases (more than 1 item or more than 1 participant booked at the same time). We also offer a 10% early bird discount on many of our programmes and courses if they are booked over 6 weeks in advance.
I have received a voucher code. How can I use it?
To use a voucher code, go to checkout and introduce it in the field named “Redeem voucher code”.
How much are the course fees?
Each course’s fees are specified on its webpage.
What payment methods do you accept? How can I pay?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal or bank transfer.
Can I pay in instalments?
No, courses must be paid for up front, in full.

Click on the shopping cart of the course of your choice to begin the registration process. On the first screen you will see a field called “Redeem voucher code”, where you can insert the voucher.
Online training
What are your starting dates?
There are a total of four starting dates a year for our online courses and programmes. These are on 1st April and 1st October for our online programmes and 1st February and 1st July for individual online courses.
Can I download the course materials?
Course texts and videos may be downloaded both for offline study and for your personal use after the end of the course.
Are there fixed dates or times when I need to be online?
No, you may study whenever you wish while the course is open. Live events are recorded and made available for you to watch throughout the semester.
IS THIS TRUE? needs distinction between courses and programmes? if a course only lasts a month, how can it be available “throughout the semester”?
In-person training
Is there an exam at the end of the course?
No, there is no exam at the end of our in-person courses. Instead, RENAC uses a variety of teaching and knowledge acquisition methods during each session.
