As part of the necessary ramp-up of climate change mitigation action around the world, private mobility is also rapidly changing. In this context, this introductory course provides participants with foundational knowledge on the topic of e-mobility for individual transport and its charging infrastructure.

This course is aimed at newcomers to this topic who are interested in learning why and how the transport sector must contribute to climate protection efforts, what the different types of electric vehicle (EV) options are, and how and where these vehicles can be charged.

The course covers the following topics:

  • Transport and sustainability
  • Electric vehicles for private transport
  • Private EV charging infrastructure
